Appointments required for all visits. We’re a home‑based program; no walk‑ins.

Visits, Pickup & Travel
We schedule in‑home visits for approved adopters by appointment. If you’re flying, we can coordinate airport pickup in Salt Lake City (SLC) or meet at a public location. Ground transport can be discussed for longer distances. For everyone’s safety, we do not accept unannounced visitors.
Service area: We place companions across the United States. Utah families can often complete pickup sooner; out‑of‑state adopters may need additional scheduling time.

We review placement details first (home setup, other pets, travel). Approved families receive current placement information and the next steps.
How quickly do you respond?
Within business hours (Mon–Sat 9–5), most inquiries receive a reply the same business day.
Can we visit before applying?
For biosecurity and privacy, visits are scheduled for approved applicants. Start with the waitlist, then we’ll coordinate a time.
